A friend talked me into training for a triathlon and I fell in LOVE!

So began a new racing venture – working my way up to place in my age group a handful of times. My self image changed dramatically during this time. For the first time in my life I was seeing myself as an ATHLETE and I felt amazing.

My career as a personal trainer was largely influenced by this period in my life. I decided to help others find their inner athlete. So I hit the books for a year and a half and got a second degree in personal training. In the past 8 years in this field I have worked with many amazing individuals.
